Senior Synchronized Swimming

This is actually a sad story of an old women, passionate about synchronized swimming and living life to it's fullest but her age was limiting her abilities. She then turned to medical marijuana and it helped a little bit but MS was also another problem she was facing and eventually she couldn't live the same way she did before. I am sad to see some people consume marijuana for the wrong reasons, I think it's very hypocritical... It's like eating a lot of food while someone right next to you needs it and can't get it. But I like to see the humor in everything I see, it makes life a lot more fun, so I present to you "Aquadettes" the senior synchronized swimming team from California. The 2012 Aquadettes calender will be out soon...

Human dissection (WARNING Very Graphic Content)

From the tiniest veins, arteries and nerves to serial cross-sections of the spinal cord, these incredibly detailed dissections show and label most every part of the human body.
The collection is the product of a 17-year collaboration between David L. Bassett, a School of Medicine alumnus and faculty member known for his elegant dissections and love for the human body, and William Gruber, the photographer who invented the View-Master stereoscopic viewing device.

 A deep dissection of the side of the head shows the many blood vessels (red arteries, blue veins) and nerves (graying white) in the facial region. The hole is the external ear canal. The temporal muscle, used for chewing, is the prominent fan shaped muscle on the side of skull, behind the mouth and above the jaw.

Artificial organ regrowth

I don't know much about this so I can't say much but it is very interesting. Once this research will be done, no one will need to wait for another person to die so the doctors can harvest their organs and no need to die because of any disease, every organ is replaceable just like spare parts. It would be amazing to see this come to life one day.
