Ultimate water/sea equipment

The sound of the waves, the burn of the sun, the sexy tanned ladies, the beautiful marine life and the thousands of activities you can do on the beach and in the sea, are some of the things we miss the most in Canada. But if that isn't enough for you I may have what you need. The ultimate water toys:

 SEABOB: The Ultimate Water Scooter

This German invention allows you to cruise at the surface at a speed up to 20 km/h and 14 km/h underwater. You can reach depth up to 40m and explore the oceans underwater paradise.

Freestyle cruiser

An air inflatable, custom built water slide for super yachts.

Hovpod SPX

The second generation in hovercraft from Reaction International that has been designed specifically for the rough and tumble of the leisure market. Built with a very strong, impact-resistant hull, it is so buoyant that it will still float if swamped with water, while the tough skirt material is almost impossible to rip and extremely hard wearing. It is fun, easy to use, easy to service, safe and reliable. It can carry three adults at up to 45 miles per hour over any terrain so long as it's flat.

Icon A5

A two-seater aircraft, built of carbon fiber and epoxy composites with an intuitive sports-car-like cockpit. Pilot Kirk Hawkins and engineer and entrepreneur Steen Strand formed Icon Aircraft in Southern California to take advantage of a new "sports pilot" license in the United States. It has a range of 300 nautical miles and a top speed of 120 miles per hour. It's 7.3 meters long and 2.4 meters wide when the wings are folded.

Seabreacher X

A high-speed boat in the shape of a shark. It can flip, twist and dive. The latest model from Innespace (the J model is a tamer dolphin) has a 260-horsepower engine that can drive the craft at 50 miles per hour on the surface and 25 miles per hour below. Live video from a fin-mounted camera transmits to the LCD screens for the pilot and passengers, the mouth-shaped port allows underwater views and you can play the theme from "Jaws" via the iPod dock.

Triak

A safe and stable 5.5 meter trimaran sailing kayak with a roller-furling mainsail, asymmetrical spinnaker and spinnaker snuffer. The sails can be deployed and stowed in seconds, to convert it from sailing to paddling mode. The fiberglass build with carbon fiber mast makes it very light -- just 45.4 kilograms.

Aqua Star AS1 Sea Scooter

Believe me when I say it's not only for the elders! Combine an old-fashioned diver's hard hat with a personal watercraft and you get the AS1, which allows complete newcomers to go diving. The highly maneuverable toy is controlled like a motorbike with the handlebar.

It also comes for couples in a two-seater.

 Sea Pool

Your own private ocean swimming pool hanging off the stern of your superyacht or just hanging in the middle of the sea. The Sea Pool is designed by Henshaw Inflatables and features a very fine 1.5- millimeter built-in mesh to stop unwanted marine life getting inside. It can be made to any size and includes anchoring points, life lines and an optional stainless steel boarding ladder.

Endless pool

A swimming machine is a resistance swimming apparatus, often self-contained, enabling the swimmer to swim in place. This may be accomplished either by accelerating the water past the swimmer or by supporting the swimmer, either in water or on dry land...
