For those who didn't believe me when I told them, Kuwait is damn hot!

This is at 2:48 pm, my plan was to take the picture at noon but I got busy... After 1:30 pm the weather starts "cooling down", but that day, at noon the temperature reached 67 degrees Celsius.

Lebanon Vs Kuwait soccer game end in gun fire

Personally I don't like what happened, I am Lebanese and lived in Kuwait most of my life so for me this is just ridiculous, specially when you look at the score (6-0 Kuwait) in a friendly game. But there's a little funny moment for me in this video. No disrespect for any Kuwaity person and I think it's sad about the Lebanese players, but if you notice when the gun shots were fired (in the air) the difference in reaction between the two teams is unbelievable. The Kuwaity players aren't use to hearing gun shots retrieved and backed away, while the Lebanese players, more or less, completely discarded them...

The best thing to do during a layover in Amsterdam airport

3ed of July 2011, I traveled from Montreal to Kuwait with an 8 hour layover in Schiphol, Amsterdam. Just like any long layover, I started wondering around thinking about a way to pass time. On top of that, I needed to use the bathroom very badly and I just can't find it in me to use the airport stools. Not only I get very disgusted but people using the other stools think that the doors are sound proof, the symphonies you hear are unbelievably gross. Boredom didn't help. When I couldn't hold it any longer I accepted my faith and started looking for the cleanest bathroom. What I came across was better than I would've imagined. Bathrooms with showers cleaner than any place in any airport. At the Mercure hotel on the higher floor they give you the option to shower for as long as you like for 15 euros. The best thing about it is, a person cleans the bathroom thoroughly after every use. I got to use a clean bathroom, shower, pass an hour of my layover and I was fresh and clean again.
Check out the rest of the pictures I took...

Camel milk

With a much higher nutritional value than any other food product Camel milk is the ultimate type of nutrition your body can ask for.
This is not only something I read about but in the years that I spend in Kuwait, I have witnessed it and tried it. When I went on a trip to the desert once I encountered a Kuwaiti tribe, we spoke and it wasn't long before they offered us to join they're camp. In the camp they told us to try camel milk and went on and on about how good it is for our health. So I said what the hek I've eaten worse, it can't be worse than a vodka shot. Not too long after I agreed to such thing they took us to a camel and started milking it. Not exactly what I was expecting... I thought it was a packaged kind of milk, chilled and would be found in supermarkets. When they handed me the glass of milk I was having second thoughts. I don't like milk to begin with so I wasn't too excited about it, specially that it was still at the same temperature as the camels body under the very cruel sun of Kuwait.

Libyan rebels looking good...

Libyan fighters retake key strategic towns  from Gaddafi's forces. The reason why towns like Ajdabiya, Ras Jawad, recaptured by the rebels, are very strategic accomplishment is because they are some of the major oil port in Libya. As those results unfold, the U.S. position becomes more obvious.
